Rusty has over 50 ERP and CRM implementations and integrations under his belt. He has successfully built three technology and consulting practices from the ground up - all of which has taught him a lot about adapting, scaling, and staying at the forefront of innovation. A self-proclaimed lifelong learner, he stays sharp by keeping up with industry trends and attending conferences and tradeshows, ensuring his clients benefit from the most up-to-date insights and solutions.

Outside of work, Rusty enjoys sailing his boat, hitting the slopes, and a solid craft beer.

Kirk Southcott is a seasoned tech leader with 20+ years of shaking up the software space. As a Partner at Ternpoint Solutions, he's the driving force behind Sales, Support, and Product Development, building smart, scalable tools for food, beverage, and manufacturing companies.

Kirk has implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central for a variety of clients, rolling out solutions for everything from snacks and seafood, to medical devices and QA machines. He is all about helping clients unlock the full power of the Microsoft stack - fast, flexible, and future-ready.

He has a true passion in leading high-performing teams that deliver results that matter, and building meaningful relationships with his clients. Kirk holds a BSc and MSc from the University of New Brunswick, along with a myriad of Business Central certifications.

Off the clock, you'll find Kirk hiking out with his three dogs in beautiful Hawaii, where he also finds value in giving back to the community.

Dominic Miller has nearly 20 years of experience in software and technology, with a career spanning software engineering, data architecture, and ERP systems, the last of which he has specialized for over a decade.

As a Partner at Ternpoint Solutions, Dominic leads initiatives in Business Central implementation and enhancement, infrastructure projects, ERP architecture, and business process improvement. His diverse industry background includes agriculture, healthcare, food and beverage, industrial products, and consumer goods.

Dominic believes there is always room for improvement, and that meaningful change requires solving complex problems, where he excels.

When he's not plugging away, Dominic enjoys spending time with his family, traveling to new places, and coaching his kids' sports teams. He is also an avid skier, golfer, and "weekend warrior" hockey player.
